1. Description of Service

ScoutLoot is a price alert service that monitors publicly available LEGO listings on eBay marketplaces in USA, Canada, UK, and Europe. When listings match your specified criteria (set number, price, condition, etc.), we send you notifications via Telegram and browser push.

2. Account Registration

To use ScoutLoot, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service in a way that violates eBay's terms of service

4. Pricing and Payments

ScoutLoot offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Prices are displayed in USD. Tax handling depends on your region and is managed by our payment processor (Stripe)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Changes in third-party services (eBay, Telegram)

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate deal alerts:

• Listing prices and availability may change at any time
• Shipping costs are estimates and may vary
• We are not responsible for inaccurate seller information on eBay
• Deals may be sold out by the time you view them

ScoutLoot is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:

8. Affiliate Links

ScoutLoot contains links to eBay, Amazon, BrickOwl, and other marketplaces. These links may contain affiliate tracking codes. When you click a deal link and make a purchase, ScoutLoot may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals are shown or how they are ranked — all deals are filtered by the same quality criteria regardless of affiliate status.

The ScoutLoot service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as watch preferences). By using our service, you grant us a license to use this information to provide the service to you.
