All 27 EU countries, the UK, USA, and Canada — 30 countries total. We scan 12 eBay marketplaces and calculate accurate shipping costs (including post-Brexit UK import charges and US/CA cross-border fees) based on your postal code.

It's a 0–100 score we calculate for each deal, based on how far below the 30-day average it is, how rare prices this low are, supply levels, and seller reliability. A DQS of 90+ is exceptional. It helps you decide instantly whether to buy.

Hot deals can sell within minutes. While we scan frequently and alert quickly, popular sets at low prices get snapped up fast. Enable Telegram or Push notifications for the fastest delivery — and act quickly when you see a high DQS score.

Every listing goes through a multi-stage quality gate: keyword filtering in multiple languages (catching parts, instructions, knockoffs, incomplete sets), competitor brand detection, seller trust scoring, and an AI verification layer that examines listings before alerting you. Only genuine, complete sets make it through.

Yes. You can set per-watch filters for condition (New/Used), seller rating minimum, seller feedback count, ship-from country, exclude specific keywords, and minimum/maximum price. Pro users get full control over seller filter sliders.

To prevent spam, we only alert you once per day for each set — unless a better deal appears. If a cheaper listing is found after your first alert, you'll get a new notification immediately. This ensures you always know about the best deal without being overwhelmed.

Four channels — use any combination:

• Telegram: Fastest delivery, rich messages with images and one-tap links (recommended)
• Push: Works on desktop and mobile browsers, even when the site is closed
• Discord: Alerts delivered as DMs from the ScoutLoot bot
• Email: Full deal details delivered to your inbox

Go to your ScoutLoot dashboard → Settings → click "Connect Telegram". This opens a link to our Telegram bot. Tap Start, and your accounts are linked automatically. You'll start receiving alerts right away.

Common reasons:

• Your target price may be too low for current market prices
• Your notification channel may not be connected — check Settings
• Browser push notifications may be blocked in your browser settings
• You may have reached your daily alert limit
• The set may be rare with very few listings appearing

Pro ($4.99/month or $49.90/year) gives you 25 active watches, scans every ~15 minutes, custom seller quality filters per watch, target price budget limits, and full access to Market Intelligence features. Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card required.

You automatically move to the Free plan. No charge, nothing breaks. Your existing watches over the Free limit will be paused (not deleted) — upgrade anytime to reactivate them.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your Pro features stay active until the end of your billing period. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.

No. ScoutLoot is GDPR compliant, built in Europe, with European privacy regulations baked in from the start. No ads, no third-party tracking pixels, no selling data. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Plausible) that collect no personal information and fully comply with GDPR — no consent required. The business model is subscriptions — nothing else. Your collection and watch data are yours.
